Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a team of experienced sales agents. This role is responsible for ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, maintains high-quality customer interactions, and fulfills client expectations. Key responsibilities include coaching and supporting sales agents, handling escalated customer issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for process and performance improvements. The Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in driving a high-performance sales culture and exceeding the expectations of every customer who chooses us for their equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Sales and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or specialists.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and training to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Monitor team adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

Handling Escalated Cases

  • Address and resolve escalated or complex customer issues that frontline agents are unable to manage.
  • Engage directly with clients or stakeholders to negotiate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with legal or management teams when handling sensitive or high-impact cases.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and report on individual and team performance metrics, including sales targets and customer service benchmarks.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on performance insights.

Compliance

  • Ensure all sales and service activities comply with internal policies and relevant external regulations.
  • Promote ethical standards and reinforce best practices across the team to minimize risk and maintain organizational integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5 years of Sales experience in BPO
  • 1-2 years of experience in Leadership role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Passionate about providing a positive leadership
