Job description

Rental Expert plays a considerable role in the initial customer experience and the overall customer journey. The Rental Expert is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building customer rapport, converting opportunities into sales, and managing customer communication across multiple inbound and outbound channels.

Customer Experience means more than just being pleasant to customers. It means respecting them and taking pride in the way we conduct ourselves and our business. Remember that everything we do is directly or indirectly related to the services we provide to our customers and the way we conduct ourselves. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every customer that chooses us for their equipment needs.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of customer service/sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask between calls and emails
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of various cloud-based software and applications
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Passionate about providing a superior customer service experience
