The End-to-End Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, identify, and hire top talent across various functions and levels within the organization. This role ensures that all hiring activities align with organizational goals, employer branding, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and hands-on approach to sourcing, assessing, and securing high-quality candidates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Sources candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, databases, networking, and referrals.
- Screens resumes, conducts initial interviews, and assesses candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring teams and gathers feedback to facilitate decision-making.
- Extends job offers and negotiates terms of employment in alignment with company policies and market benchmarks.
- Ensures a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provides regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring progress.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and internal recruitment policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with a high level of professionalism.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
