Customer Support Specialist (Worker/Client Support, Account Management)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering top-notch customer service.

You will act as the primary contact for both workers and clients, handling inquiries and support requests via email. You'll also be involved in onboarding new clients and supporting our account management team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve inquiries from workers and clients via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Support account management activities, including onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of communication until closure
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer support interactions
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve internal support processes

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, email support, or account management
  • Strong written communication skills and a professional tone
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
