The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer orders through various channels and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves accurate order processing, addressing customer inquiries, tracking order status, and resolving issues promptly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, communicative, and customer-focused to support smooth operations on the online platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders received via phone, online, or in-person, ensuring accurate recording of customer preferences, product details, and special instructions.
  • Process orders by entering details into the system with precision, including item numbers, quantities, and delivery addresses.
  • Confirm order details with customers before finalizing transactions to minimize errors and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery options.
  • Track order progress to ensure timely delivery or pick-up, and proactively follow up with customers when necessary.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues related to orders efficiently and professionally.
  • Deliver a positive and friendly customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the products and services provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
