Premier NX is looking for a versatile, high-impact Marketing Manager (Generalist) to spearhead our industry-focused marketing efforts. You aren’t just a digital marketer; you are a strategic “Industry Marketer” who understands how to bridge the gap between complex B2B services and the specific pain points of mid-market leaders.
Your mission is to help companies get “unstuck” from the “Muddy Middle” by positioning our tech-enabled enterprise capabilities across our core service pillars. You will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for specific target industries—including Food & Beverage, Financial & Insurance, healthcare, and Wellness—driving both brand authority and inbound demand.
Core Responsibilities
- Industry & Product Marketing: Develop deep subject matter expertise in our target verticals. Translate Premier NX’s service pillars into compelling value propositions that resonate with B2B decision-makers.
- Portfolio Strategy: Manage the “marketing mix” for our suite of services, ensuring consistent messaging across different buyer personas and industry segments.
- Demand Generation & Inbound: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO, SEM) to drive high-quality inbound leads and nourish the sales pipeline.
- Content Strategy & Social Proof: Lead the creation of high-value content, including white papers, case studies, and “social proof” assets that demonstrate our success in helping companies scale.
- Social Media & Brand Presence: Manage the Premier NX professional social presence, focusing on LinkedIn to build thought leadership and community engagement within our target industries.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically marketing to the U.S. market (or 5 years within the broader North American market).
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in “Industry Marketing”—you know how to speak the language of specific sectors (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, or Wellness).
- Marketing Depth: Strong proficiency in product marketing (positioning/messaging) and portfolio marketing (managing multiple service lines).
- Technical Skillset: Hands-on experience with demand generation, content strategy, and social media management. Familiarity with Zoho CRM and HubSpot (specifically for forms/lead capture) is a major plus.
- B2B DNA: A deep understanding of the B2B buying cycle, long-form sales lead times, and account-based marketing principles.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; ability to take complex tech-enabled services and make them human-centered and accessible.
- Location: Must be based in Canada and capable of working effectively in North American time zones.
