\n2.\u2002\u00a0 Follow processes and scripted procedures, via email communication in Zendesk.
\n3.\u00a0 \u2002This position requires that the agent can fluently speak English and German as they will occasionally be interacting with customers over the phone and Zoom\/Microsoft Teams calls. Customer contact by phone will be outbound, as needed, as well as incoming calls.
\n4.\u2002\u00a0 Create accurate quotes using correct pricing tiers and part numbers.
\n5.\u2002\u00a0 Be able to go \u201cOff Script\u201d and be able to assist customers with account and policy type questions.
\n6.\u2002\u00a0 This position is eligible for remote work once the agent has demonstrated their abilities and successfully completed a 3-month probationary period.<\/p>\n
1.\u2002Maintain and grow customer accounts at specified thresholds.
\n2.\u2002Understand and explain Client\u2019s products.
\n3.\u2002Help customers understand how our products can solve their challenges.
\n4.\u2002Interact with customers in a professional manner, using a consultative approach, to gather information on specific issues to solve their
\nproblems by phone or by email.
\n5.\u2002Utilize sales questioning techniques to match products to customer needs by phone or by email.
\n6.\u2002Answer presales and post sales questions in assigned Zendesk queues or Email leads as assigned by TSC Team. Assist customers with account
\nstatus inquiries and subscription management.
\n7.\u2002Provide quotes and pricing information to customers in specified threshold levels, for new\/upgrade licenses as well as renewals.
\n8.\u2002Provide support to our software distributors and resellers.
\n9.\u2002Multi-task and excel in fast paced environment.
\n10. Understand our competitors and know our products’ advantage.
