Mr. Shapiro brings over thirty years of diverse BPO industry experience to Premier. He most recently served as President of HKT (formerly PCCW) Teleservices where he was responsible for a global Business Process Outsourcing organization with centers in the U.S., Latin America and the Philippines.<\/p>\n
