Employee Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Engagement Specialist to plan, implement, and manage initiatives that enhance employee experience, boost morale, and foster a positive organizational culture. The role involves working closely with HR, operations, and management to drive engagement programs and activities.

• Plan, execute, and monitor employee engagement programs, events, and activities
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement levels
• Analyze engagement data and provide actionable insights to management
• Support recognition and reward programs to motivate employees
• Assist in internal communication initiatives to enhance transparency and connectivity
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to address employee concerns and promote workplace well-being
• Track engagement metrics and prepare reports for management review
• Suggest and implement innovative initiatives to improve employee experience

• Graduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development
• Familiarity with employee engagement tools, surveys, or recognition platforms is a plus
