Solution Architect

As the first Solution Architect at Premier NX, you will help lead our transformation by designing and delivering innovative, tech-enabled client solutions. You will engage directly with senior leaders at mid-market firms to identify pain points, propose tools or automation solutions, and guide implementation through our global delivery model.

You must be an outstanding communicator, able to take complex technical concepts and present them clearly to executive stakeholders. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that bridges pre-sales, vendor collaboration, and solution execution.

• Client Discovery & Solutioning
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients/prospects to identify business problems and technology opportunities
• Design tailored solution architectures integrating vendor platforms, AI tools, or automation technologies
• Vendor Sourcing & Tool Evaluation
• Identify and assess third-party tools aligned with client needs
• Partner with internal teams to vet technology options and ensure delivery feasibility
• Pre-Sales & Executive Communication
• Collaborate with sales to create proposals, SOWs, and demo narratives
• Present solutions to senior leaders with clarity and confidence, simplifying complex tech ideas
• Cross-Functional Execution
• Translate solutions into delivery blueprints with offshore teams
• Serve as the strategic connector between client strategy, vendor capability, and delivery execution

• 5–10 years in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or pre-sales roles
• Strong understanding of automation, AI, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, especially engaging senior leaders in mid-sized organizations
• Skilled at simplifying technical ideas for non-technical audiences
• Experience in a BPO/KPO or services environment preferred
• Familiarity with offshore delivery models is a plus
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience with project coordination is a plus. Experience in managing technical projects and technology implementations or coordinating with project managers to deliver solutions would be beneficial.
